Weekly swing dance classes in Petersham and Stanmore, in Sydney's Inner West. Alice and Sam specialise in lindy hop and dances from the 1920s, 30s and 40s.

SWING DANCE:
Wednesdays at the Petersham Bowls Club, 77 Brighton St, Petersham.
6:30pm Beginner friendly swing dancing ($15).
8:00pm Level 2 swing dancing ($15)
SOLO JAZZ DANCE:
Thursdays at La Fiesta Dance Factory, 76 Parramatta Rd, Stanmore
6.30pm Historic solo jazz dance (the only weekly authentic solo vernacular jazz dance class in Sydney) ($15)
7.30pm Practice time (free)

The Petersham Bowls Club

The bar features a host of local beers and ciders on tap.
The Petersham Bowling Club is a short walk (350m) from Petersham Station and about 500m from Parramatta Road buses. This is a cyclist-friendly venue.

A dance studio with mirrors, dressing rooms and plenty of room to practice your dancing.
Catch any bus from the CBD down Parramatta Rd, or street parking available in neighbouring streets, or on Parramatta Rd after 7pm.
